CASE STUDY
Helping local businesses accept digital payments
NNMyanmar is a Payment Service Provider that provides payment technologies and solutions that bridge gaps between banks, merchants, and customers.
My mission? Help NNMyanmar in creating their own brand, raising brand recognition, and creating an online presence. These will facilitate the expansion of the organization by attracting new clients and partners.
Our strategy needs to be thorough and unified, affecting all client touchpoints, from every visual identity to the web experience and everything in between.
CHALLENGE
Position the brand to be a regional leader in processing all types of digital payments anytime, anywhere.
OUTCOME
I helped NNMyanmar in concentrating on its brand and marketing plan. The number of customers, partners and the size of the company increased as a result.
Developing the Strategy
In a strategic discussion with the managing director of NNMyanmar, I learned about the difficulties the company was facing. During the process, we gave the demands and objectives of the company and its clients’ priority. This served as the basis for NNMyanmar’s branding and marketing strategies.
Understanding the Users
Clients come first at NNMyanmar . They put their clients’ needs first and offer solutions to boost sales and satisfy customers. We developed distinctive user profiles to depict the variety of its clientele in order to comprehend their wants. Their psychographics, needs, and desires were all vividly depicted by this.

Defining the Brand

In terms of how things should look, sound, and act, this developed the brand’s character. Then, these pillars may serve as the foundation for all of your marketing initiatives.

Positioning
The NNMyanmar brand is the result of much planning and study. They set out to provide a more straightforward payment process by making it clear, open, and understandable. The brand was then developed around three pillars: affordability, security, and simplicity. Understanding their objectives helped establish the organization’s positioning statement.

Visual Identity
The NNMyanmar visual identity seeks to lead the area in handling all forms of digital payment. The primary ideals are emphasized in everything they do through the use of colors, typefaces, and symbols. A distinctive setting that is consistent with their brand values and clearly conveys who they are to their clients and partners is created by combining these with distinctive design features.
Website Design and Development
I designed the NNMyanmar website, which acts as a hub for all of their products & services’ information. The goal was to make it simple for people to learn about NNMyanmar and how it may support the expansion of their businesses.
Mobile App Design
I designed a special business mobile app that takes a variety of payment methods in close cooperation with the NNMyanmar development team.
The first stage is to design a market-specific application that can be utilized by different market groups. In order to do this, I worked on the technical requirements, such as high-security card information encryption, as well as usability design strategies, such as usability that could be tested at pilot sites in small shops and convenience stores, and user experience that would not irritate users when using it for the first time in person.
Marketing Strategy
Through several activities throughout the planning session, we were able to pinpoint and fine-tune the fundamental elements of the brand. It also set the brand’s character, including how it should sound, look, and act.
Results
NNMyanmar began operations and developed into a well-known provider of digital payment solutions in Myanmar. Small companies who desire to accept cashless payments for the convenience of their consumers have recognized them.
